Do you accept returns and exchanges?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, 

Contact me within 14 days of delivery, 
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

But please contact support@drptco.com if you have any problems with your order.

BUT, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items: socks, blankets (for health/hygiene reasons)

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept accept PayPal payments as well as all majors credit cards.

Payment must be received within 3 days of original purchase or the sale will be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with Pay Pal or other payment options.

 

How do you ship?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
We ship using different companies to ensure deliveries arrive in a timely manner

Shipping takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order if the order is PLACED AND FULFILLED IN CANADA, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 7–14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Why are your shipping times longer than most companies? 
We feel the need to cut down CO2 emissions because this planet is on the brink destruction, but little goes a long way so we're doing our part! That being said wherever you are located, our fulfillment centres work with local shipping companies so delivery trucks don't have to travel far to deliver your orders!
